On 6 November, Nimb Vinotek invites you to a gastronomic evening filled with extraordinary food and high spirits, hosted by the Cardenau family.

THE CARDENAU FAMILY
Francis Cardenau, renowned both in Denmark and internationally, made history as the first chef in Denmark to earn two Michelin stars at Restaurant Kommandanten. Today, alongside his family, he leads CARDENAU, a company dedicated to sharing the French gastronomic heritage through communal dining experiences and events. Their focus is on showcasing seasonal, local Danish produce, often with a distinctive French twist.

TRUFFLES ON THE MENU
At Nimb Vinotek, the communal dining experience will showcase a truffle-centric menu, featuring these prized delicacies sourced directly from the family's trusted truffle hunter in Lyon. Guests will undoubtedly savour Francis and Victor's passion and dedication to exceptional ingredients and culinary artistry. The entire experience will be complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing.
