Make this New Year’s Eve truly unforgettable with an exclusive celebration at the Japanese Pagoda in Tivoli Gardens. Nimb, in collaboration with the world-renowned, three-Michelin-starred Slovenian restaurant Hiša Franko, presents an extraordinary gourmet dining experience featuring a meticulously curated menu paired with exceptional wines.

The evening begins with a seductive cocktail crafted from wild Slovenian cherries, holiday spices, and white rum, setting the tone for a culinary journey that showcases Hiša Franko’s signature dishes infused with a distinct Danish twist.

Menu highlights include:

  • Venison tartare with oysters and kiwi
  • Celeriac with crab, wild herbs, and mustard seeds
  • Winter root vegetables with coffee and white truffles
  • Hay-baked potato with fenugreek, toasted yeast, and cultured cream

For dessert, indulge in caramelised walnuts, baked apples, warming spices, a fondue of local Slovenian cheese, and bee pollen.

The celebration continues at 23:15 on Nimb Roof, the exclusive rooftop terrace, where a glass of champagne, kransekage (a traditional Danish pastry), and open-air views of the city’s most spectacular fireworks display await.
