Blinis with Baerii Caviar and crème fraîche
Pani Puri with smoked salmon tartare and creamy dill sauce

Crispy vol-au-vent with shellfish and fresh herbs in a creamy lobster velouté

Beef Wellington with Danish tenderloin, served with seasonal vegetables and Sauce Périgueux
