Crispy vol-au-vent with shellfish and fresh herbs in a creamy lobster velouté

MAIN COURSE
Braised Wagyu brisket with beetroot and butter-sautéed shiitake mushrooms

DESSERT
Poire belle Hélène: poached pear, warm Valrhona chocolate sauce, and vanilla ice cream

This menu is available from 3 April until 28 May

STARTER
Langoustine ravioli, confit and pickled tomatoes, sautéed spinach, and airy lobster bisque

MAIN COURSE
Seared veal tenderloin, sweetbreads, stuffed morels, wild garlic, and sauce suprême

DESSERT
Mille-feuille with rhubarb and Crème Diplomate

DKK 850 per person
Included in the price is 1 glass of champagne, snacks, 3-course menu (starter, main course & dessert) and mineral water

DKK 1350 per person
Included in the price is 1 glass of champagne, snacks, 3-course menu (starter, main course & dessert), wine pairing (3 glasses) and mineral water.
