STARTER
Grilled asparagus, Danish Fjord shrimps, piment, and champagne beurre blanc

MAIN COURSE
Stuffed and roasted poussin breast, croustillant of confit leg, peas, baby carrots, and freshly grated summer truffle

DESSERT
Strawberries Romanoff à la Nimb

Included in the price is 1 glass of champagne, snacks, 3-course menu (starter, main course & dessert), wine pairing (3 glasses) and mineral water.
