In November and December, we welcome our brunch diners with the added luxury of a festive champagne cocktail. Also included is a Bloody Mary that perfectly complements our cooked dishes.

  • A glass of N.V. Ruinart Brut, Champagne

First serving
  • Lactose-free skyr with house-made granola
  • Freshly sliced fruit
  • Selection of charcuterie, prosciutto cotto, and capocollo with browned butter infused with rosemary, marinated olives, artichoke, and focaccia
  • Cold-smoked Samsø salmon with buttermilk and dill 
  • Goat cheese mousse with pistachio Florentine
  • Seasonal salad with citrus fruits and hazelnuts
  • Rillettes en croûte with confit and smoked duck, apricot, and pistachio
  • Hand-peeled shrimp, egg custard, and trout roe

Second serving
  • Creamy royal egg custard with confit mushrooms, fermented garlic, and truffle
  • Crispy bacon and Nimb’s signature sausage
  • Lightly baked cod with creamy fish and potato velouté, topped with Nimb Gold caviar
  • Variation of sunchokes with roasted cabbage and cold-pickled lingonberries

Third serving
  • Vanilla cheesecake with cherry balsamic
  • Orange mousse with burnt white chocolate
  • Danish Christmas marshmallow puffs and cookies from Cakenhagen

Coffee brewed with Nimb’s own organic roast, tea from the acclaimed Mariage Frères teahouse, organic juices, lemonades as well as a glass of N.V. Ruinart Brut, Champagne and a Bloody Mary.

New Year's Eve at Nimb Brasserie

We are delighted to welcome you to an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration at Nimb Brasserie, where we’ll ring in the new year together in grand style.

The evening begins with refreshing snacks and crispy panipuri, followed by an exquisite dinner featuring baked lobster, roasted turbot, and beef tenderloin medallions. Each dish is carefully crafted to celebrate the flavours of the season and create a truly magical atmosphere.

As midnight approaches, we’ll gather on Nimb Roof to witness Tivoli Gardens’ spectacular fireworks display. We’ll toast the new year with a glass of champagne and enjoy the traditional kransekage (marzipan wreath cake).
