This is followed by a sublime four-course menu in Nimb Brasserie, crafted by Chef Christoffer Sørensen in collaboration with Gastro Unika and Nimb.

The Macallan x Nimb invites you to an exquisite tasting and dinner in the elegant Nimb Mirror Lounge, located at the far end of Nimb Brasserie.
The evening begins in Nimb Bar, where our skilled bar team will serve our signature whisky cocktail, Robin Hood, crafted with The Macallan Double Cask 12.
Following this, guests will enjoy a seasonal three-course menu accompanied by a curated The Macallan whisky tasting between courses.

Crispy vol-au-vent with shellfish and fresh herbs in a creamy lobster velouté
Main Course
Braised Wagyu brisket with beetroot and butter-sautéed shiitake mushrooms
Dessert
Poire belle Hélène: poached pear, warm Valrhona chocolate sauce, and vanilla ice cream
The latter whisky is one of only 288 bottles ever produced, making this evening an extraordinary experience at the pinnacle of the whisky world.
