For a limited time in late summer, Odette will make an exclusive appearance at the Japanese Pagoda, offering guests the opportunity to savour Chef Julien Royer’s classic French cuisine infused with subtle Asian nuances. The menu is built around the finest seasonal ingredients, including Japanese shellfish, truffles, caviar, Bresse chicken, and freshly picked herbs—each carefully selected and transformed into exquisite dishes. The dessert menu, crafted by the renowned Louisa Lim, presents elegant and balanced sweet creations.

Odette is one of the world’s finest dining destinations, attracting food lovers from across the globe. The restaurant holds three Michelin stars, ranks No. 24 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and has previously claimed the top spot on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Chef-owner Julien Royer opened Odette in partnership with The Lo & Behold Group at the iconic National Gallery Singapore in November 2015.
Within its first year, the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars in Singapore’s inaugural Michelin Guide, securing its third star in 2019—a distinction it has retained ever since.
