Every morning we offer a selection of continental breakfast favourites, freshly squeezed juices, barista brewed coffees and tea as well as newspapers of the day.
Included in the price is also an à la carte breakfast dish of your choice – for example avocado open-faced sandwach, Egg Benedict or something entirely different.

- Eggs - Prepared to preference (Fried egg / Truffle scrambled eggs / Poached egg)
- Omelette - choose from the following ingredients: cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions, grilled bell pepper, spinach, bacon, salmon
- Porridge with marinated fresh fruits
- Avocado open-faced sandwich – Comté cheese, bacon, avocado and poached egg on toasted rye bread
- Grilled polenta with sauté of onions, cabbage, spinach and baked cherry tomatoes
- Croque Madame with Prosciutto Cotto, Comté cheese, béchamel and fried egg
- Spinach waffle with avocado, cold smoked salmon, cottage cheese and pistachio
- Egg Benedict – choose between ham, salmon or vegetarian version (mushrooms, onions and spinach) with spinach and hollandaise sauce
- Nimb’s brioche French toast with frangipane and toasted almonds
- Waffle with berry compote, crème fraîche, brown butter and mapplesyrup
